Refund policy

At LemonSalon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within [7/14/30] days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
