Refund policy

At LemonSalon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
